    I ordered this shift gate lock for my 328. Even though my car is in my highly secured shop, I bought this for a little more piece of mind. I could have bought a used one with one key, but instead I took it in the ass and bought a new one.

    Interesting piece. Wish all the 3X8 cars we worked on had one of these instead of the miserable electronic alarms of the time...

    Second thought... We made a LOT of money removing those weird and poorly wired things.
