from what I read, only 4 Mondial Coupe exists in the world! That would mean that mine's one of them. Extremely rare, I can only find pics on the net of 1 golden coupe. It has been painted in red, but not very well done because here and there you can see these small bubbles appearing under the paint (no corrosion!). This one will need a paintjob anyhow...

Yes, I am planning on doing that, once I have the correct color composition. I wonder if there are only 4 in the world: how many are known and still exist?

I just did a check at FMA Antwerp and confirmed that it has a tan interior and black carpets, but did not see any color code. I asked them to have it checked at Ferrari in Italy (each question to F in Italy costs 250 euro apparently).

It was delivered in Switserland in 1982, but that dealer no longer exists. Does anyone know what became of 'Ferrari Suisse' ?

I had the production files checked of this Oro Chiaro Mondial and I was struck with the result.

The exterior color is indeed F103 = Oro Chiaro
But the interior was recorded as black with red carpets. Currently, the interior is tan with tan carpets. I don't know how reliable the records are, but it must have been a hell of a job to transform the black interior into tan.

And finally: it was delivered to its first customer in Switzerland!
