    Looks like about a 15% cumulative slow decline in the past year and still probably within statistical variance. More of a correction in progress at this time than a new trend. Another year and a 20% cumulative decline then MIGHT signal a new trend in progress. Just my opinion. We don't really know what will happen in various markets until after the election.
