    Meraks were very prone to rust sadly but this is the worst of have seen.

    I owned one for a number of years and Have very fond memories after I forgot about the Dollars spent

    There was an Ex English one here in Australia and they virtually replaced the bottom half of the car.

    I hope someone rescues it, they deserve rescuing as they are still the best looking of all the "cheap" super cars of the 70/80s.

    It's not too far from me. It could have been in Katrina and been sitting ever since. There were a few ferraris in a yard that were towed there after being flooded in Katrina too.


    I just noticed it had Texas plates and doesn't look like the post flood interiors I've seen.

    That may very well be the last one imported into the U.S. VIN 2780. Very late 1980 Dec. production.
