    I am getting an F355.... are the skid plates for under the front bumber worth it?

    Don't do it. Here's why:

    The skid plates make a part of the car rigid that shouldn't be rigid. If you have the skid plates installed and you hit it a certain way, you'll crack the front bumper or worse, even rip it off the car. If you're gonna drive the thing, your best bet is to leave it as is. You'll wind up painting the bumper anyway and repairing the scrapes under the lip isn't that big of a deal.
