I'm leaving this here for the time being..... I read the thing and it's a story of combat and the soldier's experience, I didn't see anything political mentioned. There are plenty of threads discussing the political aspects of Iraq in the P&R section so if someone wants to talk about the that side of it then find another thread.

Yep, I guess I can always just split away any political posts and banish them to P&R.
