I was at borders yesterday with my dad, and so i decided to check out some magazines. I picked up this one magazine that looked pretty interesting and there was a few pages devoted to this mans art work. VERY cool! Check it out for syourself at: Jaykokastudio.com

Jay does superb work; I especially like the yellow Bugatti. My favorite automotive artists are Geo Ham (real name Georges Hammel) and De La Maria.

 

I have seven or eight original Kokas, bought years ago....they have appreciated nicely and were a trophy that escaped the divorce....

Jay's a good guy.....

 

Speedy, do you have any pictures of the painting you can share? I would love to see them!

My first wife didn't go for it...she got away with the house and all the loose gem stones....but she had to keep the two kids...LOL!

The Koka's were at the framer's....didn't even show up in the inventory..

 

I bought a signed print of his called "308 at dusk", absolutely stunning. And the best thing is that it's of a black 308QV like mine.Actually spoke to him when I ordered it.

 

Alan don't you have a black 308 also? If you do you have to get this piece.

I have 5-6 pieces of his work. He is my favorite artist and also a nice guy to talk to. I ususally buy one each year at Cavallino so I can see it personally.
