    Doesn't look like a big mystery, a low point that has been filled in with loose material that probably had rain a short time before the video. A small example of liquefaction. Soil is interesting, if farmers till it too much they can destroy it. Many cities in the world are built on reclaimed land and that stuff can get real scary real fast.
