    Hi All,

    Have a real good friend transferring to Little Rock from Memphis. She will be living alone and is looking for a very nice, safe and secure townhome/condo in the area to rent for either 6 months or a year. What areas of Little Rock are best, safest? Any help on which areas or communities are best would be greatly appreciated.

    West Little Rock, Heights, Hillcrest. Avoid Southwest Little Rock and central areas. "Mid Town" is popular but I question the safety factor for a single female. She should enjoy Little Rock over Memphis!
