Locusts?

Anyone know where the locusts are now? I'm driving to Sydney next week and I'm wondering if I need some kind of grille protection.

Mark, I drove up to Sydney last Friday and my car got covered in the bastards just before Albury/Wodonga (sp?) When I got to Sydney you could not tell the colour of the car! yuuuk!

 

I'm in Wagga and I've copped a few already but I'll hit the car wash on the way in and all will be well.

Did a run up to Kerang (near Bendigo) on Wednesday.

After trying to clean the surfaces of the radiator, I completely understand why everyone has the mesh in place.

Hit some lovely clouds of them.

It truly was one of the great drives of my life.

Freeway, more freeway, Bendigo, Highway, locusts, more locusts, Kerang.

See my parents for 4 hours, then turn around and come back to Melbourne.

You certainly missed out.
