My partner's car, a 1963 Lusso. Restoration started in August 2003. Getting ready for the Tour Auto in Europe this spring.
The car was completely disassembled. About 15 percent of the aluminum body was cut out and replaced including the cowl, part of the left front fender, part of the nose, etc.

What a beautiful car! Takes a lot of personal commitment and love to do this. Please pass my regards and congratulations to your partner!

WOW! I love the Lusso! Every time I see a pic of one, I lean closer to choosing one over a 512TR.

All things considered, he made fairly quick work of this beautiful restoration.

What a great looking car; the effort and money were well invested to preserve this wonderful automobile.

A few more photos of the completed project would be good to see.

I will post more photos when he emails them to me. He and my friend Giann Maria are now the official Ferrari dealers in Costa Rica of all places. Here is their latest acquisition. The first 575 in Central America.
