Call me crazy but I like the concept. It's totally different than any other car out there and I won't mind Mazda coming back to play with Nissan, Toyota, and Honda in high end sports car market... (GTR, LFA, NSX?, and Furai?)

I like it. It is not exactly beautiful, but looks very interesting and just.... different. It's the combination of science fiction movie and down-to-earth race car that fascinates.

Though not a fan of Japanese styling, I'd have to say that this is interesting and somewhat shark/stingray/manta-like.

Pretty cool. The side and rear 3/4 views are actually good looking. Now if they only toned the front end down 1 notch.....

    Looks like Batman designed it..

It is interesting, but if ever brought to market, it would look very very different.

Well, thanks a lot, buddy! I won't be able to get the Batman Theme out of my head tonight.

<jaded>For a laugh, just punch "Mazda" into Google Images & see what other concept cars show up on the 1st page</jaded>

    Does "Taiki" rhyme with "tacky"?

    <Dare I say it>Nagare, please.</Dare I say it>

Oh, there's more... all taking styling cues from The Green Hornet, The Batmobile... and worse. Even they don't appear to be enthused.

The Japanese have made two cars I really like now. NSX being the first. I hope they build a few.

I think this is one of the best new car designs to come along in some time.

It's a concept race car. Meaning it will never make it to "production". Even if it does, there is no reason it would have to be toned down that much to be race ready. Then there is always the hope of homologating it if it does make the grade to be Mazda's next race car. Then maybe we'll see one.
