    I do Krav Maga which is an Israeli Defense Ministry fighting style. Focuses on real world self defense, no Kata's, forms, etc... Basically end the fight immediately.

    Since my Dojo has been closed I decided to get a training partner. Filled with water in the base and I can work my punches, kicks, elbows, knees, etc..
