    Anyone with factory info about when the successor to the Murcielago will be in production ?

    2010 is the last year of production for the Murcielago and they are limiting production. Only cars that are ordered for a customer as well as a few press cars are being produced - no dealer stock as far as I know.

    Lamborghini is always pretty hush-hush about new models but I think that we will probably hear something second quarter of next year.

    Countach, Diablo and Murci will be the only true, pure scissor doors. IMO the new flagship Lambo will have "out and then up" doors.

    I doubt that, as I'm sure Koenigsegg has a patent, or the EU equal, on that hinge design and I don't see Lambo/Audi paying to use it.

    If the Murci successor doesn't have the iconic scissor doors, it will have the the elephant ear doors, a'la the SLR or Enzo.

    That said, I'd be really surprised if the next flagship didn't have the scissors...

    Not in 2010, but in 2011. We will see the replacement car to be MY2012.

    Thanks for the info, is it factory info ? My 2010 as in 2011 production ? I guess RHD production in 2010 ?
