    sorry to use this as my way of dealing with Kevin at NAP but there seems no other way...he does not answer my emails nor pick up his phone.
    Kevin, pls tell me when I can expect delivery of my 355 manifolds, ceramic coated in black and sent to London,UK?

    Kevin replied to your post in your other thread. He is extremly busy, and is back logged with orders. He will respond and he will come through. Custom made parts that are all hand done take time to complete.

    Kevin has already posted that his e-mails to your address are being blocked, as other users of this site have been able to contact him and Kevin can contact them its probably your e-mail filter causing this, either sort it out with your IT department or send him a mail from a 3rd party like yahoo or hotmail

    Next thread you start on this subject will result in a ban from this site!

    hes just trying to be a thorn in his ass. by posting thinking it will be sweet revenge .or the squeeky wheel gets greased idea... .. delete the thread. one unsubsribed fchatter against a paying sponsor . 1 big bad mouthing customer out of many good ones can put a hurt on a business. let them deal with it privately from now on. it is well known already.

    If the guy has to resort to this he's obviously not getting any kind of a "warm and fuzzy" from the vendor. If I had that kinda money charged on my CC and not getting results I'd be doing it too. Sounds to me like a little "frigg'n in the riggin." I'd just get a refund and be done with it.

    You blocked my emails and I was not able to respond to you. I haven't received ONE message from you on my phone nor do I see your # on the caller I.D. The last message I received from you was regarding you deciding to keep your order and I responded back to that one. If there is one I missed please resend it and I'll post it as soon as it enters my mailbox. I've been in office all week this week and the only phone calls I miss are the ones during lunch and if you leave a message they are returned, if you don't, then there isn't anything I can do.

    Also please consider this, you placed the order and it took longer then expected, I apologize for that but we've had a huge amount of orders and when there's one person making these manifolds there's only so fast production can go. I can send these to a factory in China and whip out 100/month but that's not my intention whatsoever. I will continue to make them this way to keep the quality regardless of how long it takes, I'd rather have a product that takes a while to get and is amazing then a product that is crap and is same day delivery.

    You made a post saying you had made a chargeback, then you say you haven't made a chargeback. You email me saying you've decided to keep your order and I'm really not sure where you want to go. I am not purposely delaying anything, your manifolds will be shipped as soon as possible, I've PM'd you with the current schedule and again if there's a problem please cancel.
    edit- I just sent you a PM just in case there's a problem with the emails being sent.

    Very satisfactory answer IMO Kevin. Some customers are just better to walk away from.
