Need diagram

Just finishing my clutch replacement and I need a diagram showing the O ring placement on the transmission input shaft. There is a collar that I believe holds the O ring (it fell out when I pulled the bell housing off and I did not see which way it fit on the shaft). I've tried search but to no avail. Thanks.

 

I'm not sure which O-ring you are speaking of. My pictures for tearing the trans down and putting it back on the motor are here. Hopefully there is something here that will help you:

the collar you are talking about locator/stop for the bearing .... sometimes these end up in the little pocket in bottom of the cover as you slide it off ...... there should be 3 oring seals... the seal on the g/box shaft slap a small amount of silocone on it 9 times out of ten the seal becomes dislodged against the shaft of as you slide the cover back on just before the cover is hard up agianst the engine chek the seal is in place and seated properly
