NEW JOB!!!

I just want to share… I hate my job here. It is boring and I am constantly overlooked for things because I don’t have a Masters. Well I meet with a firm closer to my family, friends and girly girl, that will pay me more (enough to not have to have three jobs just to keep afloat), give me more design responsibilities, and a full benefit package. They seem like a nice bunch, the guy that interviewed me went to my alma mater and liked my crap I had to show. They / he just called and made me an official offer and wanted to verify my address so he could send me a letter of intent.

I just feels good. Tomorrow I will happily (and tactfully even thou I want to rub it in thier face) give my notice at all three of my jobs… I can’t wait.

Congrats! What company picked you up in SJ if you don't mind sharing?

 

At this time I would rather not state their name but they are a mid size firm (20-25) and have done all of their work almost exclusively in the greater Bay Area. The main focus is on educational establishments, but they do have a few light commercial and light residential works as well.
