Just sold my 2010 Porsche Turbo pdk cab and got me a Italia! It is brand new red with tan. Customer here ordered it and backed out. So i took it. It's not loaded but still good enough for me and I didn't want to shell out 300k for one. But still had to pay markup though... Posting pics i took at dealership. Will pick her up this coming Friday! BTW, I still have my f430. I really like my f430 so I'm keeping it until it blows up!

I wasn't sure whether to post in this section or 458 section. I still have my f430 so I'm posting it here. Hope it's ok!

Bella. After some driving tell us your imressions of the car in comparison with the turbo and the f430. I would love to hear your thoughts. The real reviews are the best IMO.

I will probably miss the torque in my turbo... I believe my turbo had 500 torque. But then again, Italia has more hp so hopefully it will even out. I still love my f430 to death. Will see how it compares to my new 458. Since I now have both f430 and Italia, i will post up honest comparison of the two.

Nicely done! Give us a comparison ASAP. Would love to read the similarities (if any) and the differences from a f430 from you. I believe you comparison will be better than Jeremy Clarkson's of Top Gear.

Good move. As a porshce guy I can say I guess I'm an "old porsche" guy- the new ones since the 996 just don't do much for me- nice enough cars but I just don't dream of them the way I used to. Any newer porsche certainly isn't as exciting to me as any ferrari from the 355 and on...(to compare "newer porsches" to "newer ferraris"- the 348 back I also love, but I don't compare them to the "modern" cars)

Of course, the porsche is more of a daily driver (more durable/easier to maintain) and the porsche is a lot less money, so it's all relative ;)

I don't know from experience yet, but I would love to get a crack at the new GT3-RS. I am thinking that is one great car. And would be a compliment to my F-Car........Steve

Congratulations on your new car. I'm thinking you're going to love your Ferrari in ways you could never have loved your Porsche.

Someone bump this in 6 months to see if his 430 isn't stuck to the garage floor by cobwebs! :D:D

Nice upgrade. Drive the hell out of it! :):)

Nah. I still would drive my f430. I don't know if my opinion will change once i get 458 next week, but I think f430 is more raw and has more fun factor. At least from what i saw of 458 in action on youtube videos. I just bought one cuz it's the all new F. Just had to have one lol. I'll do a comparison between my f430 once my car comes in.

Great cars. I had an old 911 Turbo there is no comparison to my Ferrari. I'm sure the 458 will feel like your F430. But, I have a feeling that the difference between the F430 and 458 will be minimal on the street. The 458 will be faster just like my 360 is faster than a F355. I'm sure you will continue to enjoy both of them for a long time. Congrats.
