Hi everyone and Happy New Year

I have attached a link below which provides information on the new Stratos.
Built around a 4.3-liter V8 engine sourced from the Ferrari F430 and has an immense power output of 503 horsepower
This also includes a video of Luca Di Montezemolo test driving the new Stratos.

Very cool car and who knows what fiats new CEOs has up his sleeve? A new dino might be in the works! Only time will tell what new products appear as fiat fights for market share.

No longer CEO of Ferrari, since 2014

Fiat doesn't have a new CEO - Marchionne has been Fiat's CEO since 2004. New Dino - now that will be interesting!

This car had huge promise, but Ferrari got in a dispute with the creator and prohibited further builds. Will be a really rare collectible. I love the smaller size, many supercars today are too heavy and bloated style wise. This looked like a great idea for Ferrari to pursue. Someday, the market for a smaller car but with an exotic engine will come back into fashion.

I think thats the near perfect sportscar, a bit heavy styling from certain angles but quite nice overall. But the reviews are not kind with respect to the engine. The perfect small Ferrari needs an intoxicating engine, ideally in that size car a very small displacement v8. But it looks like naturally aspirated v8's are disappearing. And no piping in sound, it has got to be real mechanical thrashing!

Just like the Porsche Cayman is becoming the real sports car of that line up, Ferrari needs a new Dino that puts light weight and usable driving enjoyment ahead of absolute performance, the current Ferrari's are GT's or supercars. The Alfa with the right engine would do it for me! Only seen one in Toronto, they must be pretty rare.

Became and gone - this year they are introducing a new updated 718 Cayman, and the superb naturally aspirated flat 6 used in the Cayman up until now is being replaced by a turbocharged flat 4. End of an era, end of a great car (I hate flat 4s, even turbocharged)

I think Alfa should enter this car into a race series and make a name for them selves. It has the potential to be a winner in its class with some financial backing from fiat. A potential Alfa Romeo challenge in the works?
