What are people’s thoughts on novitec mods
I’ve been in touch with them and got some prices on there carbon bits mirrors and rear spoiler
They even do a plug and play ps boost to 688bhp and a 0-62 time down to 3.3 secs
I’m happy with the exhaust so won’t change that .
It’s expensive …anyone got any of the above and care to share pics
Thoughts ? part of me thinks leave the thing alone

I have a problem with paying nearly $5K for a piggyback module which in reality should not be more than $1K. I have a Ferrari CPO warranty so I finally decided against going that route. If you are interested, I found a piggyback tuner who would be able to provide a tuning box for much less.

I have put 13,000 miles on Novitec springs for my Portofino; I would never go back to stock.

Look up the thread "California T and Portofino: ECU Tunes?".

that was a interesting read , the springs look better lowered with spacers but I guess you might catch the front spoiler . Does seem worth doing the tune to get .1 of a second doult you’d tell much difference

Doubt you would tell much difference? If you are referring to the ECU tune, the difference is huge. It feels like another engine.

I just installed BMC air filters and Tubi “mufflers”….it really seemed to amplify the pull…especially up top. I have done exhaust mods on a dozen high performance cars over the years…and seat of the pants … this was resulted in the greatest difference I have ever felt from such minimal (non-tune) mods.

On a 488 a forum member picked up 10 hp at the wheels just from BMC filters. And I love the sounds my Portofino makes with Tubi mufflers and a Kline x-pipe.
