    wow, stinks.

    I was there yesterday in the GTS . Came from NY , roads were basically clear , was a great drive . Too many people have no idea how easy these cars lose the rear end.

    In the decade or so I was in Philly, I saw a handful of high horsepower RWD cars all crash, all on the same stretch of the Vine St Expressway. That includes a (then new) 3rd Gen Viper tail out into the wall. It is really narrow combined with a steady flow of traffic making speeding ill advised....

    From the video, it appears that one person was switching lanes or weaving around traffic and somehow lost control and took out 2 other Ferraris in the process.

    What McLaren? The instagram video seems to show a black Ferrari lose it and take out the other two Ferraris on each side of it.

    Mo couldn’t even handle what was basically driving in straight line....God forbid Mr Ron gets on a track where you have to turn the wheel every now and then.

    Perhaps I was being captain obvious. I have no idea how fast the driver was going, but it is crazy that the driver lost control of the vehicle on a dead straightaway.

    quick view to me left lane had slowed way down and black Ferrari had to avoid by going right, last minute abrupt move lost control.

    speed cuts your ability to react way down. the average driver doesn't look far enough ahead, when racing you develop this skill. happens every time I'm in a group of cars and see ahead cars slowing down, car on shoulder, or even a cop. It is always seconds after I see that then all of a sudden everyone else gets on the brakes.

    Poor quality vid facing rear. > there is a cop? suv with flashing lights on left. > cars slowing down. > Black 458/488? comes up fast while camera car changes lanes?
    Black 488 swerves back and forth (no room/can't decide which way to go/loses it :confused:) > then ping-pong bumper cars. :eek:

    (please correct/add to this sequence of events if you can :D)

    So the black 488 used to belong to me. Sold it a few years ago.

    That was a nice ride. It had the full carbon interior with yellow stitched black racing seats. What a shame. Hope nobody got hurt.

    I’ve seen a few other videos of that wreck…it was worst than this video shows.

    One less Pista around.
