Pininfarina badge

My 2002 456M GT does not have the Pininfarina badges as shown on most of the images one can see via the internet. My Ferrari savant tech says he can source them but thinks that they come in various sizes and versions depending on the specific Ferrari model.
Some of the fuzzy pics show a "B" (Bertone?) in a square above the script, pre M versions?
Nothing urgent but any thoughts appreciated

456 bodies were built by Pininfarina (I recall they stopped around 1996) and 456M by Ferrari. I believe Pininfarina cars will have the rectangular "F" seen in post #3. All 456M will have badge that says: "Disegno Pininfarina" like this:
