    It's scheduled to be released in the Spring of 2006, which to you and I, that means just after Christmas, before New Years Eve of the year 2007. We're used to the delays, but it is worth it in the long run.

    With the PS2 we didn't have to enlarge our entertainment centers to fit a small refrigerator sized mini-pc, nor did we need to have golliath hands for the controller. Game stations are made for kids, and the family. Sony gets that. Microsoft... well, they have come a long way, but it is still very adult oriented.

    This is just too friggin cool. And it has blue tooth controllers (wireless).

    (yes, I'm anti-xbox - while microsoft operating systems keep me employed because of their kludgey developers... eh...)

    I too am quite a fan of Sony. However, what the hell is up with that controller? IMO the dual shock is the best controller out there, I think they should leave it as is.

    does anybody know how this baby is cooled?...

    i hear the xbox 360 is cooled by liquid...what bout the ps3?...

    both look handsomely powerful and beautiful....i want the ps3 for the F1 game...awesome!

    and the x360 because of the PGR3!

    (i noticed that the xbox 360 screenshots have jagged edges and arent as good looking as the ps3......maybe its a bad rendering or a bad in game shot?)

    I think so, since they're both HD capable. It would depend on the monitor resolution really.
