    fake or hacked account.

    That seller ID has recently listed a Bizzarini from LA, and has a history of selling brochures in France, and the UK.

    If you type that seller ID into google, you will get all kinds of former auctions, and by clicking on them, then "items for sale", you come up with zero.

    Also, the bids are fake.

    The gravel in the picture doesn't look like it's from Carmel, I would guess Belgium.
