I'm interested in purchasing a Portofino but the configurator is not yet up on the Ferrari website. There is a configurator at the dealer but it's 3 hours away. Anyone know of one.

Nope, you can either configure car at your dealer or at the official Ferrari website.

It does not seem to work in US. Get ghost VPN and make it look like you in a European country.

Woo hoo! That worked for me. Thanks, G2G! I chose Spain. I now have to apologize to my HS Spanish teacher = Senor McCarthy - for my "I'll never use this!" complaint. :D

Anyone know how to get the configurator to show a pic with the roof up?

I was at the dealer today. Only the dealers can make them work.

I can make it work outside the US so you have to use a remote VPN. When I was in Hong Kong last week it worked perfectly.

I Googled "Ghost VPN" and downloaded it to my Mac. Free version.

Thanks. Have to admit, didn't like the look with the roof in black.

Hi Randy...I downloaded the free version of CyberGhost VPN to my Mac laptop. Installed it. Fired it up. Chose a server in Spain, first, then the UK once I knew better. :p After that, fire up your favorite web browser (I used Chrome), and voila...T

If you are in the US, go to the Ferrari.com homepage and scroll to the bottom you will see an AUTO tab on the left side, under that tap Configurator. All the vehicles are here including the Portofino.

Yes its identical to the International version

    What I don't understand is

    1) why you can't see the car with the top up
    2) why you can't make the top the same as the body color (the only choice is black?)
    3) why there are no choices for the seat designs (aka, no Daytona or secondary option). Also no seat cooling option.
    4) no alcantara option

And Magnaride is an option? Really? Should be standard as well as the back up camera and cruise control on a GT like this.

Lets hope the dealers have more options. Even the $55K Corvette C7 has a seat cooling option.

Go to "Livery & Roof Options" and deselect "Nero DS 1250". Don't know why they keep it active before you even start the configuration.
