    hello again, i was wondering if anybody out there has ever been to any racing schools out there? i'm looking for anything exept NASCAR style cars, and would prefer it to be on a road track rather than an oval. esspesially ones on the west coast. if anybody has any recomondations i would like to hear all about them. any of them with ferrari's or any other exotics??? how much?? how long???what kind of cars??? location???? and any other helpfull contacts you think may be usefull to me.

    Many Fchatters and even F1 driver(s) have attended Skip Barber. This also includes Yours Truly. Great school, can get SCCA licensed through them, etc.

    I suggest you investigate Spring Mountains Motorsports track, located in Pahrump NV near Las Vegas.

    They offer a variety of courses, in both Corvettes and open wheel Radicals. The track itself is near completion of its expansion, from about 2.2 miles to close to 4.0.

    I took the 3 day Corvette school there a couple of years ago, and it was excellent.
