F8 Rear Shelf

Does anyone know what the rear shelf material is if you don’t opt for the leather (option code SHF1)? The dealer said that it is leather but then what does the option do/add?

Any guidance is appreciated.

 

CARPET STANDARD Leather is the option. Its where the net is

 

And ill say it again get the leather roof the OEM is crap. Ild do that first then if you want to the rear shelf and even behind the seats if you have electric. I did all 3 and the cost is low relative to the cost of carbon and smells great even after 2 years with all the leather

 

If your dealer tells you leather is standard, ask for another sales rep, because he clearly do not have a clue.

Go on some Ferrari sales sites and look at pics that show the area behind the seats. Carpeted all the way up to the trim piece around the rear widow unless you spec the rear shelf
