...the 5th of November... Did anyone see V for Vendetta...? Great movie...! My favorite quote from the movie: "Voilà! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is it vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished, as the once vital voice of the verisimilitude now venerates what they once vilified. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified, and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin vanguarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition. The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta, held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose vis-à-vis an introduction, and so it is my very good honor to meet you and you may call me V."
McCoy mumbled mercilessly of a movie he found so mesmerizing that it merited mention.... it's 3 months until the 5th of Nov
Blundering Burgundy - boyishly bespeaking bromidic bullstuffs - became befuddled by boasts bragging about big-screen bijou. Markedly meaningless, mindlessly moronic Mark made many meager mentions, manifesting menus of mediocre movie ministration messages.
Amazing movie, i went and saw it witout seeing any trailers or even reading up on it! was a great surprise and possibly one of the best movies that came out this year! As well I am very happy i had no idea that Hugo Weaving was "V" because id of just pictured "SMITH" from the matrix movies the whole time!
I loved this movie, and having Natalie Portman in it never hurts. I had never read the comics or seen the previews heading into seeing the movie, and I too was pleasantly surprised at how good the movie actually was. Remember, remember, the fifth of November...
Wow, that's creepy. I just saw it for the first time tonight, and I get on this forum and here is this post... Great film, wish it were a lot longer, more explanatory. Apparently there's a lot they left out of the movie that was in the graphic novel.
