Recently I ordered the orange Ferrari pliers from Ricambi as they were missing from my 328 tool kit. Immediately after ordering them online I got confirmation and tracking information with delivery as advertised shortly after that. This is a good company to deal with and I recommend them to anyone as a first place to look for Ferrari parts.

He did that because he knew you liked Krispy Kreme's but that they were not good for your health!

G Carlo is another good guy.

Seems my car had the grommets two inches further apart than everyone else (It was a performance update) :) and Greg had to jump through hoops to get it done right, but he did.

He’s the man if you need floor mats.

I've bought parts from him more than a couple of times and all I can say is WOW !!!

Now if only I could convince some of the outfits that I have to deal with up here what real customer service is like.

I don't know about that Daniel... It took like three orders before he finally got me a hat. And All during that time I had to wear some other hat. And then he gets me two different hats. You know, I only have one head. Sheesh. And now people are getting T-shirts? Where's my T-shirt?

I guess I'll have to get an X-ost for that :)

(Fingers crossed it makes it before VIR on the 14th...)

Yeah! I had to buy a boat load of stuff before I got a hat! Meanwhile, the only other hat I had to wear was a Michael Schumacher one (how low can you go?) - would much rather have a T-shirt!

Thanks Daniel! Best price and very helpful. A bit of a soft spot for 348 owners too.

Daniel even responded to my Saturday request on Sunday. By the end of the week I had my X-OST on my car.

    Awesome ...
