    The only thing crazy on the ATS was the estimate of $600K! Selling price plus the commission was full retail. Easy statement to make as that is what the car sold for!

    The owners did their very best. They still cleaned the car yesterday during the preview to make it look perfect.

    AMG Gullwing had an Estimate of £340K to £440K. Hammer was £410K. £451,000 was total price to buyer plus commissions. (I have notes that the reserve was £300K.)

    If you can get your money exchanged today at 1.65:1 that works out to $744K. (Very hard to get that rate without paying a commission for the exchange.)

    No matter how you look at it, that was strong money for such a car.
