    Got an e-mail from him a couple of days ago. Rehab on his shoulder is going more slowly than he had hoped. I'll let you know if I hear more.

    Happy New Year to all you folks in CO. Here in CA, it's raining but just may be gone for the Rose Parade.

    You guys need to convince Roland to get a BowFlex weight training machine. It won't destroy his shoulders and will make him look as though he is 21 years of age!!! Honestly, that's what the BowFlex people told me:)

    Yeah, the Bowflex idea could be great and then he would have a nice big Bowflex sticker across his hood on the LM:) If he then went on the commercials for Bowflex and then people would keep on creating threads about how they saw Roland on T.V. again! hahaha Plus, if he could get Mothers in the same commerical then he could say how he can wax his car faster now because his biceps are faster then the power tools. Can't wait till next Year brings. Happy New Years!
