    2000 360 Modena running fine @ 12,000 miles.
Pulled into the drive a little too fast. Got slightly airborne.
    No bottoming or any damage.
    Engine died.
F1 failure light and audible alarm are constantly on.
    Will not start or crank.

    Anyone seen this before ?

    Thanks

DAMN!! you drive like my wife! j/k ;)

Is it showing a symbol on the cluster? There is a shut off for fuel in case of accident but I am unsure if it involves everything being down as you are describing.....Have you tried turning off the master switch in the trunk for a minute & turning back on...?

simms- Download a workshop manual from this site and see what it says. The roll-over switch can be reset, so likely no damage done. Must have been a ballbuster of a bump. After you get it running, do an ECU reset and run cycle to get rid of any erroneous data generated.

A lot of useful documents on this site. Take a while to download, but worth the effort:

turn key and usual system check runs.
All looks OK except F1 Failure symbol on the multifunction display stays on
and the audible alarm stays one.
Both stay on constantly. No flashing.

    Got the manuals.
Looked thru them but nothing seems to match these signals.

Any idea what section the rollover switch is in.
The PDF's seem to be not searchable.
    I'll keep looking.

Just out of curiosity, how many here have read the owners manual?

All this information is in that book.

Or is it just easier to ask someone else?

Yes it's just inside the door.
    Lesson learned . . .
Be careful who you let drive it .

Yes, this stuff is all in the books.
Someone should take the time to distill them down to english only.
Would be useful. and 1/4 the size.

    Thanks Again.
