Daniel, are you cheating on your life partner Tanqueray?

Let's be honest, Tanq-10 is a super sexy bikini made for summer. The rusty nail (Balvenie + Drambuie) is like a hot chick in the library with glasses and a plaid skirt. Equally alluring, but leaves more to the imagination.

Eeeee, ooooo I don't think I'd do that to Balvenie. Too good to bastardize: The Famous Grouse works just fine.

Daniel, since you're a gin man, have you tried The Botanist? It's made in Scotland at The Bruichladdich distillery: delicious! My new go-to martini gin.

Go big or go home!!! ;) Actually, my good friend in the local FCA club (Woody) turned me onto it. Good stuff, for sure.

Never seen The Botanist. Remember, here in North Carolina our liquor is very tightly controlled by state-run stores and its almost impossible to ship (legally) into the state as an individual consumer. I'll ring up my sister in St. Louis and see if she can get me some. Thanks for the tip!

    Very enjoyable winter drink.

Try adding a bit of honey and cream, sounds disgusting but it is surprisingly nice.

    Regards,
