Sarasota Exotic Car Fest (Formally known as Ferraris at St. Armands). We are now a month away... It kicks off with a Golf Tournament Thursday, then the Luxurious Jet Port Reception Friday evening. The Concours is on Saturday followed by the Elegant Beachside Dinner. It is topped off with the Road Rally on Sunday morning and concludes during the Brunch at the Concession Clubhouse. It should be available for a test drive. I drove it myself. Being 6'2" tall it was a little tight getting in and out but comfortable enough inside, and I am picky. To make a long story tolerable let me say that I could own one of these. It's ballistic acceleration is limited by tire slip and seems as fast as I have ever experienced. There is no delay when you do mid-speed acceleration. Truly impressive. aehaas

No. The program requires all my time (and that of many others). It is not possible to watch the car and be nearby to answer questions. If I were not doing anything for the program then yes, I might just bring it. aehaas
Dear Ferraristi, ..too bad Ali. You should bring the car and just have a trusted friend keep it safe for you. It really is a "star" for the show. Anyone can see a 458 or 430...but an Enzo? I'll be bringing the Lamborghini Diablo VT Roadster this year... Shamile Freeze...Miami Vice !

Tomorrow is the Jet Port Party at the Rectrix Aerodrome at the airport. I'll be there shooting all night. Hoping to meet some local FChatters. If anyone is entered in the Sunday Drive and Brunch and has an empty seat I could really use a ride. I'm back home this weekend and my family just so happens to be out of town so I don't have anyone to drive while I'm shooting. BTW I'm the media event photographer for the entire weekend, shooting for the SECF.com website. I need to be in a car along the cruise so I can get some shots for them. Ooh! Ok cool! I may have my original ride back in business again but I'm not 100% sure on it. Will you be at the show tomorrow? I'll be there probably around 8:30ish. I'll keep an eye out for you. PM sent though Just got back from the Jet Port Reception. It was a great party. The red F40 and black Enzo out on the runway made me weak in the knees
