    I'm a soon-to -be Ferrari owner (550) and I like the way the Scuderia Shields look on a 550. Unfortunately the 550 did not have this option from the factory. I have noted that there seems to be a depression in the metal fenders where he shield resides, which creates a lower profile for the shield. I presume this is to avoid snagging towels, etc. as a result.
    What does the Ferrari community think of cars that have added on shields that would be so obvious with their higher than normal profile? Pros and Cons? Appreciate your comments on this, Thanks!

    I believe the 550 did have the scuderia option from the factory.
