    This insidious program somehow installs itself on my computer. Its sort of a super bling-bling IE toolbar and absolutely reduces my computers speed to a crawl. It takes over 10 seconds just to open Internet Explorer.

    I can always delete it in add/remove programs, but I sure wish I knew how this sucker installs itself. I've got a Pop-up Stopper but that doesn't help. Is this a Microsoft product?

    Anybody else have this problem. How about a class action lawsuit??
