I am currently seeking a mechanic in the tri-state area, preferably one who would be willing to come to the Staten Island area and work on my Ferrari in my garage. Anyone with any info or insight please let me know. Thank you.

I don't know of anyone who will do house calls.
Classic Coach is where I brought mine. Right over the Goethals bridge.
Ferrari of Trenton on Rt 1/9 south, minutes off of 440.
    Good Luck.

Unfortunately, you got as much of a chance of that happening as a doctor coming to your house and operating on you. It would be impossible far a mechanic to bring all his tools and diagnostic equipment (and that's assuming you have a lift). And I haven't even discussed the insurance issue.

Just have it flat bedded to a reputable shop. If you need a recommendation, PM me.

Jim at Pocono Sports Car.. He has an enclosed trailer now for pick ups.. He is aces and he is always fair and a straight shooter.. He knows his stuff and I fully trust him with my Testarossa. Many others here on FChat also have great experiences with Jim and is always highly recommended. He helps alot of us out when we are in a jamb. You can be re-assured - its worth a phone call (at least).

Sure, I agree with Jim at pocono sports car too.

Keep things to a reasonable proximity to SI.

Yes, stand correct it: ferrari of CNJ.

    Steve Arena of Arena Motors
has a trailer service as well. His new location is at the Rt 17/Rt 80 Fly-over
in Lodi. He came from WWoC as their Ferrari mechanic, a trait-shooter, knowledgable, and handles all sorts of exotics spanning many decades.
He takes care of my 308

Steve at Arena Motors is the man to see. Just brought my car there for my CEL, had it taken care of in no time.

Actually, if your car is running now it's not to late to sell it before all hell breaks loose... forget trying to find a mechanic;)

Seriously, many people have recommended Steve from Arena Motors. He probably is closer to you than someone who I would recommend if you were on Long Island.

What's the nature of the problem? What work do you want to get done?

    Still searching???

    Your first post was 6/10..

What do you need done?? Yes, I would recommend Arena Motors and/or Jim at Pocono.

Steve is hard to get intouch with as he is back and fourth to his West Palm location.
