Read through the threads. There are many shops and wildy varing opinions on all of them.

IMO, This site is better suited if you do the service yourself and ask for advice with many here(throughout Fchat) with experience and willing to help out it is the best resource for a DYI owner.

I appreciate your reply but, I was wondering about major service. I have my own people to do the daily routine stuff. I need someone that I can trust with my vehicles. I have read some of the posts about dealers and service facilities and to be quite honest its rather disturbing what I have been reading. I guess I will have to test the waters. Thank you.

Where in NYC are you located and how far are you willing to drive? There's a few people that are frequently mentioned here:
    (no particular order...)

Sport Auto in CT (Bill Pollard)
Pocono Auto in PA (Dr. Ferrari here)
    Ferrari of Central NJ
    Ferrari of LI
Berlinetta Auto in NY (Doug Perrone)
    Black Horse Garage in CT
    Universal Autosports in NY

plus a few more that I can't think of at the moment...

If security of your vehicle is important then you can cross a couple of the listed service sources off already. dwhite is correct, read the posts on all of these service facilities. In the world of exotics you don't always get what you pay for. From your profile I would imagine you understand this already. If you want a location on Long Island (if location matters) top notch workmanship, knowledge and experience Berlinetta Motorcars - Doug Pirrone is one shop you should interview first.

IMHO, Luigi Scala over at Universal Autosports in Glen Cove is the best.

I use him as do quite a few others on this board.
Top-notch, reasonable, and a nice guy to boot.
I have a major coming due that I'll be chatting with him shortly about.
