I've had Sirius for about 7 months now and have not listened to regular radio once since then.

I have XM and love it. I turned it on and it would not work. I had let it expire. Called and they advised to turn to channel 1 for account no. Paid as I went down the road with a CC. Service returned in 5 min. This was last Thanksgiving day at 7AM.

I have both XM and Sirrus. XM in my car and Sirrus in the wife's. I really like them both but I find myself favoring XM it may be just familiarity. The good thing about the Sirrus was that it was free for a whole year when we bought her new car last year. My XM was free for three months only, then went to 9.99 a month then to 12.99 per month when they bumped the price a year or so ago.

Car with XM goes back to the leasing company next week though, so I will have a decision to make. I may take the wife's car and finish her lease (less than a year left anyhow) and let her get a new car, we'll see.

Ok, that was Nov. 23, 05. Paid for 1 year. I go out this AM and the XM doesnt work. I called. They see interruption was their mistake and credit me 2 additional months. Pretty good service for 20 min. signal failure.
