Whilst going two miles down the road to check my tyre pressures, I was on my way home when a downshift to 1st suddenly fely VERY light! To the point where I had the complete stick in my hand. It had snapped off at the base level with the gate. Upon further inspection, it had been wearing on the gate and just made it weak until it eventually went.

Anyone know if this is common? and does anyone know where I can get another???

    Any parts URLs welcome.

    Thanks

    James

Super glue it back on. Take it to the dealership complaining of a stiff gear change.

And then prepare to throw a wobbly when it comes of in the rep/engineers hand.

    Hi james,

If you have no luck with Eurospares we have just one in stock - but it's expensive £324.00 plus the vat.

    Tony,

No that's just for the gearlever (item #10 in picture)

James - depending on where it has snapped it might be possible to have it welded and re-machined, any pictures ?
