    Gents,

What can you tell me about Snow’s bbq. I’m hearing the brisket is amazing! I can’t get there In person but they will overnight me a whole brisket. Is it worth it? My favorite is still franklin’s fattty brisket. Good brisket needs no sauce.

Do it! Get there early though. Worth it for the quaint, small town Q vibe...T

Great reputation. Folks wait in line, if you don’t get there by 11am, they are sold out. What’s that tell ya.

Since you are having it shipped to you, another to consider is Cork Screw in Old Town Spring. Best I have had and top five for Texas Quarterly.

Go on a Saturday if you do. They have beef ribs and whole chickens which are mind blowing. They put a book of numbers out around 7:30, 1-25. Grab on a for a guaranteed spot in line. Doors open at 11am and there will be about 100 people in line at that time. I come walking up with my number and go to the front.

Thanks. I've heard of Corkscrew, but I didn't realize it was so sought after. Glad it's close!

I forgot to mention the free beer while you wait. They have a cooler full of Lone Star for everyone to relax with. Being its 8am on a Saturday most are hung over and this brings them back to life.

Is the shipping something they do regularly? I’d be interested in that!

My wife & I left something like 2 or 3 AM, got there about 6 AM IIRC.
We were first in line, a couple more cars showed up soon thereafter.
It was pretty chill, we chatted, everyone went back to their pickup trucks and got a bit more sleep,
once a few more people started showing up, we took up our original spots in line. It was fun...T
