It was about time, too! I was getting tired of hearing her whining.

 

First episode worth watching this year.

 

It has finally started to get rolling along. Too bad it is only going to roll for one more week!! It took all season to get some action and drama. It looks like the finally is going to be a blood bath though.

after a mixed season thought we finally got a good show last night- and not just because someone got wacked. The whole Chris and Adrianna thing was great though I wonder if Tony calling her to bait her to go with Sil and Chris taking the car to long term parking (with fingerprints on the wheel and pics taken upon entering) will come back to haunt them

 

Awesome episode last night. I watched it twice.

When Chrissy broke down and started crying after nearly strangling her... *******, that's some good drama. Tony telling John to go f- himself - wow.

Great, classic Sopranos episode.

It was funny when Tony asked Chrissy where he was at the beginning and Christopher said the line from Springsteen's "Thunder Road." (Silvio in real life is in Springsteen's band.)

Only one that touched the car was Christopher, and he would have touched it anyway, since Ade's his fiancee. Pics taken upon entering??? not sure what you mean.

Tony called from a payphone; he's alright. I don't think the feds had Adrianna's phone lines bugged. Doesn't matter either way, it looks like she fled, no matter what Tony said.

It seemed to be a pretty clean hit. I don't think it will bite them in the ass.

 

these days if you park at an airport I am pretty sure you get your pic taken at the booth where you get your ticket entering - maybe a stretch.

BTW I heard Adrianna got away from silvo in the woods and is teaming up with the Russian to come back and get the sopranos clan

 

That was the best of this season,was that the last episode?or is it next week ?

 

final episode in 2 weeks, none next week due to memorial day

 

So, who do you think is going to get killed in the finale? From the looks of the preview it could be Silvio. Anyone have any other guesses?

Yeah, even if there were pictures, they must not have recognized Christopher. After all, the FBI most likely knew her car was there (they were discussing the fact that she might be on her way to China by now).

 

Sorry about my original topic title (Adriana RIP) if I gave anything away by it, lol. Sorry for those who didn't see the episode and I spoiled it for them.

 

Adriana may be gone, but Drea de Matteo isn't. She'll be on the Friends spin-off next fall. (But I suspect we may not see as much of the legs.)

 

Tony B is gonna get clipped next I think, he's the reason all this heat is on Tony now. What do you think is gonna happen to Chris, is he gonna be all reckless on smack again or is Tony gonna take care of him now and move him up in rank after what he did for him?

 

I think this was either a big oversight or will play in the story. Somehow airports know every single car in their lots, cameras I suppose.

 

And further, how in the world could she (not) get on a plane and not have it show up in the manifest?? They should have but her at the bus terminal.

How would she access these with out the help of Chrissy? Seems needlessly farfetched.

 

You mean mobsters and their wives/girlfriends don't have fake passports just lying around? I don't know, I'm reaching.

How's this for a scenario:
Ade has a fake passport that Chrissy attained for her at a much earlier time. Chris wanted to resolve the situation without anyone getting killed, so he bought her a one way ticket out of the country. He drove her to the airport in her car, while she was hiding in the backseat. She snuck out, he parked the car.

That's the only way I see it happening, but as you say, VERY needlessly farfetched.

 

i think it went perfect next time i find out one of my boys girlfriends are talking to the fbi, I am going to call her on the phone and tell her (and even giving his name) someone else is picking her up, even from a payphone the fbi listening in cant tell its me. then I would take her car to the airport. with all the homeland security and cameras, they wouldnt pick me up walking through the airport lot and walking out on the street this is a perfect plan.

Things that haven't been tied up yet (how are they going to resolve all this???):
-Tony B
-The FBI informant in Tony's crew
-Finn and Meadow
-The gay dude in Tony's crew
-War with NY
-Little Carmine - taking back NY? Aligning with Tony?

There's so much that they built up throughout the season that is unfinished; I don't know how they're going to get to it all in one episode.

 

another interesting twist, though not a major issue, is how Chris and Tony explain Adrianna's disappearance to Carmela and the other ladies on the show who were her friends.

 

She didn't have forged documents she had a bullet to the head just her car was dumped at the airport parking lot, and it may have been a park and fly lot and not up next to the terminal.
