    How hard is it to change the speedo in my 87 TR?? Going from imperial to metric.

    John- The pros can answer how hard it is to remove and replace, but it is a separate unit and Ricambi has them for sale for $645. The 512 came with English and Metric markings both on US speedometers.

    Thanks, I already have one, I just recieved it. I just want to know how to get the dash apart and the gauge cluster.

    Just send it to Palo Alto Speedo and they will recalibrate it and re-silk screen the face plate to KLMs for much less than a new unit...... http://www.paspeedo.com/
