SRT Mike

Hey Guys what happened to Mike? I see he has not posted here since April of 2013. IMHO he was one of the best contributors to the F1 Section and very knowledgeable. Hope all is okay, I saw that he logged in today, but miss his posts.

Pete, me as well, a few of the guys have not been posting for a while. Hope all is well.

 

We were asking the same question is Silver, but noticed he was not subscribed.

I wish he would start posting again. I has a lot of respect for him.

I certainly didn't see eye to eye with him on all topics, but he is very smart, very eloquent and very knowledgeable and I always enjoyed his lengthy posts as they were loaded with information.

I hope he sees this thread and comes back. Including his "subtle" avatar.

PS: He once machined a beautiful Scuderia Ferrari shield in anodized aluminum for me. It still hangs proudly in my office. His craftsmanship is second to none.

When I got French fried back in July 2007, it was Mike that was one of my best supporters. He sent me a really nice gift while I was in the hospital.

Very bright and good guy.

 

I was asking myself the same thing yesterday afternoon. Looks like I'm not alone...really wonder why he's not posting anymore.

If I remember he got into it with another member and he proved said person wrong. as part of the wager the other person left Fchat. After that mike stopped posting too.

 

I was just wondering about this myself. Hope all is well.

 

I agree he was a valuable contributor here and in other forums. I don't know him well enough to PM and suggest he return so hopefully someone else will.

He used to give everyone some excellent pictures of races, right up till 2009 i believe.

 

I bought this thread back because I wanted to know as well. I did ask on another thread but as always, if not in the clich it's hard to get an answer around here.
Were is SRTmike? I liked that mans F1 logic.

 

He is missed but I can't fault him for escaping this asylum.
