stripes

Im still learning about these cars. Are the stripes a special order, can they be removed and overall opinions of the color with stripes,,Also these wheels don't look like 430 wheels,,are they, thanks

its a normal 430 - with scud looking stripes - non factory option - it is aftermarket.

those are scud wheels too - not an option on that car.

 

Stripes, yes, but Scud 'style' wheels were an option for the F430, at least in the UK. They are 0.5" narrower at the front than the 'real' Scud version.

 

IMHO stripes on a standard 430 don't work - trying too hard to be a scud......

 

I think stripes work but just go for a different model stripe . I'm working on doing a single color , single stripe down the middle of my 360....similar to the Scud 16m .

I agree that Scud stripes on non-scud car is a little deceiving . Kind of reminds me of the guys driving around , here in El Paso , with the Mercedes C250 AMG .

I'm usually anti-stripe for a standard 430 but this actually looks really good to me. The wheels and stripe look nice here.

I actually saw stripes offered in the Ferrari parts catalog for the 430s. I believe they are stickers.
