Had their website been done this week, my bank manager would have slept more comfortably.

I don't know. 3 PCs and a tablet. None can load the page. I've deleted cookies, changed setting. Nothing works here.

    I just tried "superformance.co.uk" - didn't work, timed out.

Tried "www.superformance.co.uk" - works just fine!

Try a "www." if your link is missing that... (the embedded link in the first post works fine for me, Firefox)

Thanks Gordon but no difference here. Just times out in either case. I think you may have just gotten lucky. I don't understand it. I was there about a week and 1/2 ago, no problem. But the last few days to a week it always times out. I imagine it will start working again at some point. Probably ISIS related. :)

    Works fine.
See if there is an update available to your system. I was having some issues a few weeks ago and that fixed it.

Huge Problem here! I called out my ISP multiple times. Ran a bunch of checks and kept elevating it. My 'puters would connect if I used any other account. Starbucks or whatever!?!? After weeks of wasting time with it checking where the routing stopped, and where on planet earth the internet re-directs got hung up, I finally pushed for another box which separated out the internet signal coming in. This finally took care of it. From the first glitch, it probably took 2 months to make it work again.

My advice: Does your computer work using other ISP? Friends house / store etc? Can you get YAHOO, GOOGLE etc? If yes to those two, check your black box.

Could try pinging 62.233.121.30. If you can connect to that, the problem is name resolution on your ISPs DNS server and you could then try changing your DNS settings to use an alternative DNS server.
Unfortunately the site cant be reached on the IP address alone as they are using shared IP addresses.

Looks like the problem is getting through my wireless router. I have modem > router > PCs. One PC is hard wired to the router. None would load Superfromance. I took the router out and connected the hard wired PC directly to the modem and Superformance comes right up. I have no idea what the problem with the router is because, as I said, Superformace came up w/o issue previously. No settings have changed on my end.

Try to turn power off for the router and back on after a few minutes.

SF has had problems again in the last few days - see the 206/246 forum. I called Chris at SF last night (U.S. Pacific time at 1:02am, 9:02am in the UK) and he said that he would check with IT. He apparently did, and it is working now.
