    do we tip drivers? guys that come pick up your car for service. if so, do you tip them when they pick up and again when they deliver or just once?

    I can tell you that we pay a wage that offsets the need for tips.

    The quality team member we get because of the above average wage may have something to do with us not having any issues... that or my iron fist list of rules when driving a client car... < wink >

    Either way, it's up to you, as I know tips have been given, as have gifts during the holidays.

    Flatbed=no driving, have yet to tip but its not a bad idea

    I tipped both of the guys that delivered my car when I bought it ($20 each)....it wasn't a delivery after service, it was a delivery after the purchase

    I always tip the driver $20 on the return trip. The same guy drives and details, cars always look good and with a timely arrival.
