Toronto Detailer

Anyone have a good detailer they use in the GTA?

 

Autobahn Auto Salon in Concord (Woodbridge).I've never tried them myself, but they have done my friends 427 Edition Z06 and the car came out really good. Also, their website has pictures of past work, and the line up of cars they have done is impressive.

 

I found great information on this site and contacted and tried Kaval, the young man was amazing. Hard working running his own company and willing to come to you. He made my 16m shine flawless. He could tell how picky I was and walked me thru each step. I really enjoy the experience and would highly suggest him to anyone looking to correct the paint on the car.

I suggest contacting him thru this site like I did, he took a bunch of before and after photos of my car so hopefully he will post them soon.

 

Hi Brett, I am a detailer in the Toronto area.

 

Wes has detailed my car twice. Fantastic job!!!!!

Its always a mess when I get it to him ... too many swirls created by myself using those blue shop paper towels for drying.

I always get it back like its glossy WET like after a long session with umm....nevermind.

 

Has anyone ever used Grand Prix Detail? They are in the 407/400 area.

Wes and Kaval are both highly persuasive but there work speaks for itself. I too detail but I've not done exotics as of yet, so my personal opinion would be to go with Wes or Kaval, while my business opinion is to get a quote from each, assess our past work, decide the best locations aspect of the business and make a decision from there

 

I have noticed over the years that there are a number of detailers on here which is cool. But not one has ever spent a penny to subscribe to this great forum. All I see is free plugs to their business everywhere!

Subscribing DOES NOT allow advertising but at least it shows a little respesct and support to Rob and his business (ferrarichat).

Just a thought...

In general I've noticed most people aren't willing to subscribe which doesn't make sense considering the amount of knowledge contained in this forum.

I apologize if my above posts have created any negative feelings. Feel free to contact the administrator to have the posts edited (I cannot edit the post). I guess there's a fine line here with regards to whether this is advertising because RDI was actually the first person to mention me and I followed up with some pictures so there is some merit to his recommendation. I realize the concerns, but Wes and I simply responded to comments. So yeah...hopefully I haven't rocked the boat here - it was not my intention at all.

I have Met and seen Wes's Work. Top Notch. Was booked with him Earlier this spring but had to back out last min. Wes you can have my car come Spring!

Not in Toronto but for anyone intrested in a great detailer in the Niagara Region let me know.

I use a local guy who used to detail only high end cars for local Mercedes Dealer. He is a paramedic now, and does the odd car hear and there. I have had him do all my cars at least once a year, not sure how he does it, but looks amazing.

He clay bars, waxes, wet sand, touch up. Takes him all day but car comes out looking new.

He will come by your house and detail car in your driveway.
