I'll be the first to admit that I don't watch basketball and couldn't even tell you when the season is on. That said Toronto is on the edge of making history and have three games in which to do it. Still not a basketball fan but I'm happy to see a home team do well and generate positive enthusiasm in the city.

On that note allow me to momentarily jump on the bandwagon and proclaim:

    GO RAPTORS!!!!!

The last time a Canadian team won a major league championship was the Blue Jays and the Montreal Canadiens in 1993. It’s been a while.

    Go Raptors!

If not for the NHL fixing Tampa Bay to win the Stanley Cup in 2004, it would have been Calgary

The Raptors blew their chance. Everyone has likely already heard this a million times since Monday night's game, but Lowry had no business taking the last shot. Should have been Kawhi. And why did he launch a 3-pointer anyways, when losing by only 1 point? The head coach should have called TO, drew up a play for Kawhi to take the last shot. Kawhi should have drove to the rim, and very likely gotten the foul (if he didn't score), and then won it on two free throws.

Lowry is useless. All he does is turn the ball over, commit fouls, and miss clutch shots. He could have been a legend if he made the 3-point attempt with 2 minutes left when the Raptors were up by 6....but, he missed. I am wondering why they even went for 3 at that point. Go for a high percentage basket to make it an 8-point game...but, what do I know.

I think GS may actually now win this series

It shows how bad the Maple Leafs SUCK when the Raptors win a title before the Leafs do

All expert analysis aside it is nice to see the Raptors win the championship and for the city of Toronto to rejoice and be happy for the accomplishment. Good for them!
