I am having issues with my TPMS on my '06 612. I replaced the wheel sensors about a year ago and everything was working fine. About a month ago, I started getting an intermittent TPMS message on the dash. When I hit the re-calibrate button, sometimes it brings up the pressure, sometimes not. Sometimes I get the blank screen showing all for wheels with no pressure. I do have one tire with a slow leak and if if gets down to below 26+/- PSI, I get the puncture tire warning so I know that the system is reading the pressure somewhere.

I hooked up a Leonardo type OBD II reader and it shows all 4 wheel sensors showing pressure so I know the sensors are working. It did not throw and error codes with the system.

Any thoughts on the issue here? Problem with the tire pressure control station (the part that receives the signals)? Of course this part is listed with Ricambi as unavailable.

Anyone have similar issues and a fix?

No fault codes on the Leonardo type reader system.
